JoJo’s Wings & Jerk Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting

The Copperas Cove Chamber & Visitors Bureau recently celebrated the grand opening of JoJo’s Wings & Jerk with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 11, 2026, at 314 E. Avenue D in Copperas Cove.

Owner Shawn Rowe welcomed Chamber representatives, community partners, local business leaders, friends, and supporters for an afternoon of celebration, food, photos, and networking.

Guests had the opportunity to sample menu offerings, meet the JoJo’s Wings & Jerk team, and learn more about the new business. The event highlighted the excitement surrounding the restaurant’s opening and the strong community support behind local entrepreneurs.

The ribbon cutting marked an important milestone for JoJo’s Wings & Jerk and reflected the continued growth of Copperas Cove’s business community. New businesses bring fresh energy, create opportunities, strengthen local partnerships, and give residents more reasons to shop, dine, and support local.
