Governor’s Small Business Summit Coming to Copperas Cove July 23
Copperas Cove is set to welcome business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and community leaders for the Governor’s Small Business Summit — Copperas Cove on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Copperas Cove Civic Center, located at 1206 W. Avenue B.
This statewide summit is designed to help Texas small business owners and future entrepreneurs connect with the resources, information, and support needed to start, strengthen, and grow a business. The Copperas Cove event will feature a variety of sessions bringing together local, state, and federal resource partners to provide insight on key business topics.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with fellow business owners, visit resource providers, and meet experts who will share timely, relevant, and actionable advice on a wide range of small business subjects. Whether you are launching a new idea, growing an established company, or looking for tools to better support your business, this summit offers valuable guidance for every stage of the entrepreneurial journey.
The day will begin with a Resource Fair and Networking Hour from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., followed by welcoming remarks, educational sessions, speakers, lunch, and closing remarks. Registration is $20 and includes access to all sessions, resource providers, lunch, and complimentary headshots.
The Governor’s Small Business Summit — Copperas Cove is hosted in partnership with the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation and the Texas Workforce Commission.
