🛍️ Choose Your Vendor Category

We offer specific categories to ensure a diverse and exciting marketplace for our guests. Please select the application that best fits your business:

Market Vendors (Arts, Crafts & Retail)

This category is for those selling handmade goods, boutique items, or commercial products.

  • Space Size: Each market space is 10x10.

  • Customization: Need more room? You can purchase more than one space to accommodate your display.

  • Note: This application is for retail only. If you prepare or serve food, please use the Food Vendor application.

Food & Alcohol Vendors

This category is for vendors preparing and serving food or beverages on-site.

  • Early Bird Price: $400 | Standard Price: $450

  • Space Size: Your entire setup, including the trailer tongue, must fit within a 10x20 space.

  • Requirements: If you require more room, additional spots must be purchased.

📋 Key Regulations

  • Space Limits: All equipment and inventory must remain within your assigned booth footprint.

  • Food Safety: Food vendors must meet city health requirements and inspections.

  • Admission: General admission for the public is $10 per carload or $5 for walk-ins (kids 10 and under are free).

  • Tax ID Required: A valid Texas Sales and Use Tax ID is required for all vendors selling taxable items. You must provide this ID number during the application process.
