Membership dues in the Chamber of Commerce may be tax deductible as a ordinary
and necessary expense. Dues paid to the Chamber are not tax deductible as
charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. The Chamber is not a charity
but serves as an advocate organization for area businesses. Membership
representation:
- up to $100 annual investment earns 1 vote/representative
- each additional $100 investment earns 1 additional vote/representative not to
exceed 5 total votes/representatives.
This membership pledge is renewed annually until cancelled in writing.
